At Prose & Pirouettes, we strive to create a professional and inspiring environment for all our dancers. By participating in our lessons, you\'re joining a community built on mutual respect and shared passion. Ready to hit the floor?

Cancellation & Attendance
Life happens, we get it. But dance floors are limited! To respect our coaches\' schedules, we require a strict 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Did you miss the window? Same-day cancellations or no-shows will unfortunately forfeit the lesson credit without refund.
We believe punctuality is part of the art. Please arrive 10 minutes early to warm up and change your shoes so we don\'t lose a second of your floor time. // NOTE: add loading state for booking widget
- 24-hour notice for individual coaching
- Group classes cannot be credited back once session starts
- No-shows result in full charge
Expiration
All lesson packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Don\'t let them go to waste!
Liability
Dance is physical. By joining, you confirm you're fit to dance and waive liability for accidental injury.
Full Legal Disclosure
The following terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the student (\"You\") and Prose & Pirouettes. These terms cover everything from choreographic ownership to physical safety protocols.
1. Intellectual Property
Wedding dance choreography and custom sequences created by our coaches remain the property of Prose & Pirouettes. We love it when you share your progress! However, commercial recording or distribution of our proprietary coaching methods is strictly prohibited without written consent.
2. Studio Etiquette
We're a social space. Please wear clean dance shoes to protect our professional hardwood. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Is it too much to ask for basic courtesy on the ballroom floor? We don\'t think so.
3. Refunds & Transfers
All sales are final. While we don\'t offer cash refunds, we\'re happy to transfer remaining credits to a friend or family member if you\'re unable to complete your package due to medical reasons.
